You have the right to return a product or products within 14 working days from the delivery date. In case you want to return a product fill in the special Return Form found in the packaging in order to inform us why you wish to return the item as well as the manner in which we can best serve you. In the event that your return is not caused by company’s fault, you will be charged with the cost of returning goods. If the reason of your return concerns company’s fault then the company will undertake the cost of returning clothing. In case you missed the special form you can download it from here.
The Return Form offers you the following options:
A) Exchange. We will do our best to exchange the returned product whether this was defective (same code, different size or color), or if you received the wrong code, or it is not the right size for you or for any other reason which you can complete at the form (choose Exchange on the Return Form). For the best service, we advise that within 24 hours from receipt, you inform us on your wish to exchange the product.
B) Refund. Refund to your chosen bank account or Paypal account from which the payment was made or the credit card you charged, within 30 calendar days from the receipt of the returned product (Option Refund to the Return Form).
C) Credit. Credit the value of the returned item to your special coupon that we will send to you when we receive the returned product in order to use it during your next purchase. The coupon will be sent within three days of receipt of goods to our warehouse (Option Credit to the Return Form).
Process of returning a product
From the date of receipt, you have 14 days to decide whether you wish to return the clothing. In case you want to return all or part of your order, please complete the special Return Form included in the received product’s packaging. In the case that you have misplaced the Return Form, you may download it from here.
Please note that when you return a product must know the order number, product code, and your desire for Exchange, Refund or Credit, so we can accommodate your request as soon as possible and accurately.

*In the case exchange is not possible due to lack of availability for the requested clothing; we will contact you offering you choices B and C.
* All the returned products should be in their original quality state and labels should not have been removed.
*The responsibility for returning the product to our warehouses is exclusively the customer’s. This is why you should make sure the product is properly packaged when returned.
A) Cancellation of order by User
In addition to the other cases mentioned here, you can cancel your order in the following cases:
Before submitting your order, you can technically remove the quantities of Products from your shopping cart that you do not wish to order by pressing the "X" button which activates the removal of the corresponding Products.
After sending an order confirmation from us via email for five (5) hours, you can cancel your order by sending an email to email@example.com or by telephone at (+30) 210-2624545, the days : Monday - Friday from 11:00 to 17:00. The email is deemed to have been received by us for the purposes of this Agreement the next business day following the date of its dispatch, and we may cancel your order in accordance with the above only if the receipt of your message is made before it is sent to you the shipping confirmation of your products with a specific voucher number. For orders to be delivered to a foreign country, if you wish to cancel your order, before you receive the goods, you will be charged with the return expenses required to return the products to our headquarters in Greece.
In addition, in the event that ZIC ZAC modifies your order as set forth herein, you may cancel your order or part thereof that may not be performed by us.
B) Cancellation of order by ZIC ZAC
ZIC ZAC may cancel at any stage your order and / or sales contract in the following cases:
Due to a technical error, the Product you have ordered is not available and has not been able to update the system, and / or when it can no longer be purchased from our Company for any reason or reason.
Due to a technical error, the price listed on the Product or its description is incorrect.
Do not accept the Products in accordance with the terms hereof.
Execution of the order is inconsistent with laws, rules and regulations.
In cases of force majeure.
